Narcotics Search Warrant

Fond du Lac, WI: On Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the Fond du Lac Police Department with assistance from the Lake Winnebago Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group (Narcotics Task Force), executed a search warrant in the 100 block of West Bank Street located in the City of Fond du Lac. As a result of the search warrant a distributable amount of illegal controlled substances were located in the form of tablets believed to contain MDMA and/or methamphetamine (approximately 3 ounces or 112 tablets).

The search warrant was served at the address shortly after a 38-year-old male Fond du Lac resident was arrested by investigators at a different location in the City on multiple felony charges of distribution of methamphetamine occurring between December 2022 and February 2023.

Chief Aaron Goldstein said, “The City of Fond du Lac Police Department remains committed to aggressively investigating and shutting down drug trafficking in the City of Fond du Lac. Our Officers working in close cooperation with the LWAM – Narcotics Task Force is vital to dismantling drug trafficking and arresting those individuals involved in it.”

The name of the arrested individual is not being released at this time pending issuance of formal criminal charges.
